By registering an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing DarkHex services at darkhex.in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have read and understood these terms, and agree to comply with them.
DarkHex provides cybersecurity training courses for educational and ethical purposes only. You agree to use all skills, tools, and techniques taught exclusively on systems and networks you own or have explicit written permission to test. Any unauthorized use against third-party systems is strictly prohibited and is your sole legal responsibility.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@darkhex.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the enrolled course content. Course access is for your individual use only — sharing credentials or course materials with others is prohibited. DarkHex reserves the right to revoke access for violations without refund.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. DarkHex is not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank or payment provider. Payment confirmation is required before course access is granted.
All course content, materials, videos, slides, and resources on DarkHex are the intellectual property of DarkHex and its instructors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course material without prior written consent from DarkHex.

DarkHex services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific learning outcomes, or job placement. Course content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional certifications unless explicitly stated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkHex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or course content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in dispute.
DarkHex reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
